Subscription Terms

These terms apply to auto-renewing subscriptions in the mobile apps published by Genioworks Consulting & IT-Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Genioworks”, “we”). They apply to all of those apps. One set of rules covers every title.

The price, the billing period and whether a free trial is offered are shown in the app paywall before you confirm the purchase. This page does not set those amounts or periods.

The licence for the app is in the End User License Agreement. How we process personal data in the apps is in the privacy policy.

Apple App Store

Apps you download from the Apple App Store are also licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the storefront price of the plan you chose.
  • You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Apple explains the steps in Apple support.
  • If a free trial was offered, any unused portion of that free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Google Play

Subscriptions bought on Google Play are also covered by the Google Play Terms of Service.

  • Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal.
  • If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cards, refunds and withdrawal

We never see your card number and we do not charge the card. The store charges the Apple ID or Google account you use to buy the subscription.

Refunds go through Apple or Google. Use the refund process of the store that charged you. We cannot reverse a store charge from this website.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, digital access starts immediately. The 14-day withdrawal right ends when the store records your consent to immediate supply.
